Service Details and Breakdown
1) Text Logo
*Logo will feature stylized text in optional color displaying text the client provides (ie: "Company Name") and no graphics.
*Logo will be produced to the client in 1 high resolution format of the clients choice of:
JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format)
PSD (Photoshop Document)
TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
BMP (Bitmap)
*Estimated time for completion is approximately 1 week (7 days). Client will be notified if the project takes longer.
*Client will be able to make up to 2 changes to the design, if necessary. Depending on the change, turn around may be extended up to 1 additional week.
2) Graphical Logo

3) Original Character Design
*1 character design will be created. Client may specify personality and certain appearance on an approximately 8"x11" white medium card stock paper.
*Design will be produced in color.
*Design artwork will include 1 front full body angle, 1 back full body angle, 1 left full body angle and, 1 right full body angle.
*Included is 1 front face shot.
*If the project is ever released, due credit is required. (ie: Character Design by Team Majestic Designs, LLC). If you do not want to credit the company, than an additional $200.00 will be required.
*Original sketches will be mailed priority. digital copies will be provided in high resolution JPEG format via CD-Rom.
*Estimated time for completion is approximately 2 Months (60 days). Client will be notified if the project takes longer.

4) Original Character Design Deluxe
*1 character design will be created. Client may specify personality and certain appearance on an approximately 8"x11" white medium card stock paper.
*Design will be produced in color.
*Design artwork will include 1 front 3/4 full body angle, 1 front full body angle, 1 back full body angle, 1 left full body angle and, 1 right full body angle.
*Included is 1 face shot in each of the above mentioned angles (Front, back, left, right and 3/4 front).
*Included is 2 action shots representing the characters personality.
*If the project is ever released, due credit is required. (ie: Character Design by Team Majestic Designs, LLC) If you do not want to credit the company, than an additional $200.00 will be required.
*Original sketches will be mailed priority. digital copies will be provided in high resolution JPEG format via CD-Rom.

5) Rough Pencil Sketch
*1 character specified by the client will be rendered in pencil without color on an approximately 8"x11" white medium card stock paper.
*Client is asked to provide at least one image of the character, and 1 image for reference of the desired pose.
*Quality of rendering will be a rough draft. In other words, sketchy, yet identifiable.
*To add 1 additional character to the artwork, an additional $30.00 is required. Plus reference of that character and pose reference.
*Original sketches will be mailed priority. It will include a certificate of authenticity from the artist.
*Insured shipping is available at the clients expense.
*Estimated time for completion is approximately 1 Month (30 days). Client will be notified if the project takes longer due to a character that requires extensive detail.
*Client will be able to make up to 2 changes to the design, if necessary. Depending on the change, turn around may be extended up to 1 additional month.
6) Pencil Art
*1 character specified by the client will be rendered in pencil without color on an approximately 8"x11" white medium card stock paper.
*Client is asked to provide at least one image of the character, and 1 image for reference of the desired pose.
*Quality of rendering will be a clean. In other words, the image will be shaded in lines, with little or no faded lines.
*To add 1 additional character to the artwork, an additional $50.00 is required. Plus reference of that character and pose reference.
*Original sketches will be mailed priority. It will include a certificate of authenticity from the artist.
*Insured shipping is available at the clients expense.
*Estimated time for completion is approximately 1.5 Months (45 days). Client will be notified if the project takes longer due to a character that requires extensive detail.
*Client will be able to make up to 2 changes to the design, if necessary. Depending on the change, turn around may be extended up to 1 additional month.
7) Color Art
*1 character specified by the client will be rendered in pencil and colored using colored pencil on an approximately 8"x11" white medium card stock paper.
*Client is asked to provide at least one image of the character, and 1 image for reference of the desired pose.
*Quality of rendering will be a clean. In other words, the image will be shaded in lines, with little or no faded lines.
*To add 1 additional character to the artwork, an additional $70.00 is required. Plus reference of that character and pose reference.
*Original sketches will be mailed priority. It will include a certificate of authenticity from the artist.
*Insured shipping is available at the clients expense.

*Client may provide a graphic the client wants to inlcude in the banner.

12) Web Avatars, Icons, etc.
*1 internet avatar or internet icon will be produced as a non animated JPEG or GIF file.
*The graphic will be provided in a maximum size of 100x100 pixels
*Client may provide a graphic the client wants inlcuded in the wallpaper.
*Estimated time for completion is approximately 1 weeks (7 days). Client will be notified if the project takes longer.
